Description

This dataset presents comprehensive metabolomics data from the root and stem tissues of five-year-old Sophora flavescens, a medicinal plant widely used in traditional Chinese medicine. The data were collected to investigate tissue-specific metabolic differentiation, focusing on secondary metabolites such as flavonoids and alkaloids. Metabolites were extracted separately from root and stem tissues and analyzed using high-resolution liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) under both positive and negative ionization modes. The dataset includes raw LC-MS files, processed feature tables, annotated metabolite lists, and statistical analysis results in standardized formats.
