Description

Smartphone abuse can lead to social issues like anxiety and a decline in social and emotional abilities. Additionally, using a smartphone can make it more difficult to physical activity, however it's unclear how smartphone addiction affects physical activity. Consequently, we studied the relationship between excessive smartphone use and physical exercise, as well as its effects. Students are assessed initially to see whether they are addicted to their smartphones or not. Those who met the requirements for inclusion received a self-administered questionnaire. Physical activity-related questions were included in the survey. Each of the 23 study participants received a copy of the questionnaire.
