Row data of experiment on the Integrated Effects of Liquid Organic and Inorganic Fertilizers on Agronomic and Yield Performances of Maize (Zea Mays L.) In Dilla Area, Southern Region, Ethiopia

There is limited information on the use of liquid organic formulation (LOF) integrated with inorganic or conventional fertilizer (CF) on crop responses. Data from these experiments show that the integration of conventional fertilizer and LOF produced a higher maize yield than conventional fertilizer alone. Whereas nano-fertilizer used as a comparison did not perform higher than conventional fertilizer in growth parameters, grain yield was comparable with conventional fertilizer alone. LOF alone is a promising option for the Gedeo agroforestry system, where CF is not used for organic coffee production. Generally, field experiment data collected at each agronomic stage of the maize crop were uploaded to these datasets.

Steps to reproduce
This field experiment was conducted by starting from appropriate site selection, organic liquid formulation, land preparation, sowing the maize seed in the main rainy season of the experimental area, and collecting agronomic data (growth performance, phenological data, yield, and yield-related data of maize). After the yield was collected, the soil samples were obtained from each plot separately by polytenbug with leveling and submitted to the soil laboratory for analysis to determine the organic fertilizer supliment for macronutrients.
