Steps to reproduce

Material crystallinity and composition were analysed via X−ray diffraction (XRD, Rigaku D/Max 2550 V/PC, Japan; Cu−Kα radiation, λ=0.15418 nm). Raman characterisation employed a LabRAM HR Evolution Raman system (HORIBA Science) using a 532 nm solid−state laser as excitation source. Structural information was investigated using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR, Thermo ESALAB250); Vacancy structures were tested with an MS 5000X Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectrometer; X−ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements were performed on a Thermo Science K−Alpha instrument equipped with an Al Kα X−ray source (1486.6 eV); N₂ adsorption/desorption performance was measured using a Micromeritics ASAP 2020 analyser; Microstructures were observed via transmission electron microscopy (TEM, FEI Tecnai G2 F20 S−Twin D573) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM, ZEISS GeoiniSEM 560).
