Description

The research was designed on the hypothesis that comprehensive chromatographic profiling of honey can reliably characterize phytochemical constituents and sugar composition, thereby serving as a robust indicator of sample quality and compositional consistency. The deposited dataset comprises raw chromatographic files generated from the quantitative analysis of phytocompounds and sugars in multiple honey samples, acquired using standardized, validated chromatographic methods under carefully controlled experimental conditions. The data exhibit distinct, well-resolved, and reproducible chromatographic profiles across all samples, allowing clear separation, identification, and quantification of major sugars and key phenolic compounds. Comparative evaluation highlights compositional similarity among batches, with sugar profiles consistently falling within acceptable regulatory limits and the presence of characteristic phytochemical markers associated with honey quality. Collectively, this dataset provides a transparent and traceable resource for analytical verification, comparative assessment, and further investigations into honey composition, quality evaluation, and authenticity-related studies.
