Description

This dataset mainly focuses on the investigation and research of the exercise load of high-level female adolescent volleyball players in China. It mainly includes different data investigations during daily training, physical fitness, and competitions, which can comprehensively reflect the exercise load of high-level female adolescent volleyball players. It can provide more scientific and effective data support for coaches and help them make scientific training plans and arrangements.

Steps to reproduce

This study mainly utilized the Polar heart rate armband, which was worn on the upper arm of the athletes before the warm-up at the beginning of each daily training session. The Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) scale and observations by coaches and experimenters were also employed to ensure the accuracy of the experimental data. Additionally, the validity and completeness of the data were checked after each training session.
