Description

This dataset contains physiological, behavioral, and emotional self-report records collected from medical residents in Mexico during 15 days of real-world clinical practice. The data were captured using the Amazfit Active 2 smartwatch and validated psychometric questionnaires. The dataset includes: - Physiological Variables: Heart rate (per minute). - Behavioral Variables: Daily step count and sleep stages (deep, light, REM, and awake time). - Psychometric Variables: Anxiety and depression levels (HADS scale) and daily emotional dysregulation (DERS-E scale). The data are organized at the participant and daily levels, allowing for time series analysis and the development of machine learning models for detecting affective states in high-stress environments.
