The program is coded in Python and executed on a PC with an Intel Core i5-11300H 3.10GHz and 16 GB RAM using Gurobi 11.0.3. To reproduce the results, the Gurobi license is needed together with other necessary libraries in Python (NumPy, Pandas). The folder includes four subfolders wherein we put the data and codes.
