Description

This dataset contains the Supplemental Materials for the manuscript "Reevaluating and Extending Topological Competitiveness in the Korean Construction Management Industry," submitted to the Journal of Construction Engineering and Management. The file comprises two parts. S1, Supplemental Methods and Decision Rules, documents the three-axis benchmark re-evaluation protocol, the power-law fitting settings, the common-panel matched-project topology settings, owner-name normalization and firm-owner affiliation structure, the matched-project event definitions and temporal-model specifications, and the history specifications. S2, Supplemental Tables S1-S17 and Fig. S1, reports the five-layer topology comparison, the network and market-share power-law re-evaluations, full model coefficients and period-specific effects, owner-portfolio sensitivities across the originally specified alternatives, estimation diagnostics, owner-name resolution by period, owner-overlap structure under the fixed-margin reference, the restricted owner models, dependence-adjusted inference and single-firm influence, and the matching-rule and history boundary sensitivities. The underlying records are public construction management performance disclosures retrieved from the KISCON interface. No nonpublic extract was requested or used.

Steps to reproduce

The records can be collected independently from the KISCON interface. Because the interface displays only firms reporting at the time of access, a later retrieval may not reproduce the exact study snapshot.
