Research Description: It aims to investigate the impact of acute hypothermia stress on A. japonicus immune status by infected by Vibrio splendidus (V. splendidus). Then it detected the changes of A. japonicus post-acute hypothermia stress through physiological, biochemical, and metabolomic approaches. It furtherly analyzed the related molecular mechanisms, providing insights for improving overwintering strategies in sea cucumber aquaculture.
