Description

These datasets were used in study on Lactuca dregeana that were published in South African Journal of Botany. Included are: demultiplexed and filtered RADseq reads, alignment of RADseq SNP's ready for import to MrBayes, alignment of ITS sequences ready for import to MrBayes, and SSR data for GenAlEx.
