Original western blot images for figure 4B in VHL-HIF axis orchestrates iNKT cell differentiation and function through integrating metabolic and signaling pathways

Description

This dataset contains the original western blot images for HIF1α, HIF2α, and β-actin associated with Figure 4B of the manuscript “VHL-HIF axis orchestrates iNKT cell differentiation and function through integrating metabolic and signaling pathways”. A combined README PDF is included and provides the raw western blot image index and description, including file names, target proteins, sample/lane identities, exposure times, expected molecular weights, corresponding manuscript panels, and displayed lanes. The raw western blot images are provided separately from the annotation information. The README PDF serves as the mapping file between the raw images and the manuscript figure panels. The manuscript panels were cropped from the corresponding raw images for display purposes. No selective adjustment of individual bands or lanes was applied.

Steps to reproduce

Please refer to the Methods section of the associated manuscript for the western blot experimental procedures. The raw western blot images are provided as original image files. The accompanying README_raw_WB_index_and_description.pdf links each raw blot image to the corresponding manuscript figure panel and records target protein, lane/sample identity, exposure time, expected molecular weight, and displayed lanes. The manuscript blot panels were cropped from the corresponding raw images for presentation.
