Description

Hourly time-series data for the calendar year 2022 from a renovated 58-apartment plus-energy high-rise building in Utrecht, the Netherlands. The dataset contains aggregated electricity consumption and PV generation at two perimeters: (i) whole-building (58 apartments combined with the facilities sub-circuits) and (ii) facilities-only (the building's shared services, including heat pumps, elevators, and common utilities). The building has 356 kWp of installed PV capacity (approximately 175 kWp on the facilities side and 181 kWp behind the individual apartment meters) and two iwell PowerCube battery units (70 kWh combined nominal capacity, 60 kW discharge power). All values are in kWh per hour. Consumption and PV generation are reported as positive values. Timestamps are local time (CET/CEST). The dataset accompanies the paper "Unlocking flexibility in buildings through batteries: a case study of the Netherlands", where full details on data sources and processing are provided. A README file describing each column and units accompanies the data.
