Steps to reproduce

The dataset contains the anonymised household-level survey data used in the empirical analysis. The accompanying Stata do-file provides the commands required to reproduce the descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, ordered logit estimations, average marginal effects, multicollinearity and proportional-odds diagnostics, ordered probit robustness estimates, and the Augmented Inverse Probability Weighting (AIPW) analysis reported in the article. To reproduce the results, open the Stata do-file, update the data-file path if necessary, and run the commands sequentially.
