The data set presents the indices built for 1,135 municipalities in the Brazilian semiarid region. These results are based on a multivariate analysis and comprise four indices identified as underlying factors of the drought-health relationship, as well as their determinants, in addition to a final score named as Health Vulnerability Index. All indices have values ranging from 0 to 1, where 0 is the least and 1 is the most vulnerable.
