Description

This dataset contains supplementary tables (Tables S1–S2) for the article entitled "A novel stratification framework based on vascular-fibrotic complications identifies distinct risk endotypes in systemic sclerosis: a retrospective cohort study". Table S1 provides detailed comparative data on additional autoantibodies (including anti‑SSA, anti‑SSB, anti‑dsDNA, anti‑Sm, anti‑nRNP/Sm, anti‑nucleosome [ANuA], anti‑histone [AHA], and anti‑ribosomal P protein [anti‑Rib‑P]) across the four complication‑based subgroups (Vascular‑dominant, Fibrotic‑dominant, Mixed, and Limited). Table S2 presents echocardiographic parameters (left ventricular ejection fraction [LVEF], E/A ratio) and serum cardiac enzymes (creatine kinase [CK], CK‑MB, lactate dehydrogenase [LDH], hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase [HBDH]) with available data. These supplementary materials support the findings reported in the main manuscript.
