This data set contains the raw and analyzed data used for writing the manuscript entitled "Root architecture alterations and growth dynamics of peach rootstocks under Meloidogyne incognita stress". files named "ANOVA_tables_all_traits.xlsx; Means_SE_all_traits.xlsx; PostHoc_within_groups_overtime.xlsx" are used for morphological observations across 16 months. while, files named "RKN_Transformed_Data.xlsx and Summary_Table.xlsx" contains the raw data of Internal nematode development and reproduction assessment. the R scripts used for analysis are also attached herewith.
