Description

The taxonomic databases of archaeal arsM gene and bacterial arsM gene contained 143 and 105 sequences, respectively. A total of 141 archaeal species and 105 bacterial species were obtained. For bacterial database, 97.5% of total sequences were longer than 1062 bp, and the average sequence length was 813 bp. For archaeal database, 97.5% of total sequences were longer than 1671 bp, and the average sequence length was 912 bp. Overall, all sequences do not contain ambiguous bases, and their homopolymer lengths are controlled between 4 and 8 bases.
