Steps to reproduce
Figure 1 is produced in Variance_Based_Weighting_Script_1.m, Figures 2-5 are produced in Variance_Based_Weighting_Script_3_Statistical_Analysis and Figures 6 and 7 are produced in Variance_Based_Weighting_Script_2_Laurens_Angelaki_Model.m
The Group_Times_Series_Data_To_Compared_To_Mechanistic_Model.mat file is used in the Variance Based Weighting Script 2 to plot the Empirical data versus the model predictions.
Psychophysics_Data is summary data from Variance_Based_Weighting_Script_1.m to be read into Variance_Based_Weighting_Script_3_Statistical_Analysis for statistical analysis.
R_Array_For_Statistical_Modelling is the means for each subject for the interval between 27-40s which are used for Statistical modelling in Variance_Based_Weighting_Script_3_Statistical_Analysis and are generated in Variance_Based_Weighting_Script_1.m
