Description

The dataset contains the original data of 31 prefabricated building projects and data on influencing factors. The project performance data and the review factors of the influencing factors can be calculated using the methods mentioned in the article.

Steps to reproduce

The project data in this dataset were obtained from a survey of 31 completed prefabricated construction projects by three companies conducted by our team. Based on this data, a three-stage super-efficient EBM model was constructed using MAXDEA9.0 to measure project performance results. Stata 17 was used to build a Tobit model to calculate the regression coefficients of various influencing factors and the p value.
