Description

This dataset contains the underlying data supporting the research article "Fire disturbance alters climate sensitivity and resilience of Pinus yunnanensis in Southwest China." Study Information: Species: Pinus yunnanensis (Yunnan Pine) Location: Yunlong County, Dali, Yunnan Province, Southwest China. Sampling Date: October 2024. Site Codes & Characteristics: TDY: Young stand (mean age ~46 years) BZD: Middle-aged stand (mean age ~86 years) TC: Old stand (mean age ~99 years) File Descriptions: Raw_Ring_Widths (.rwl ): Raw tree-ring width measurements for all sampled trees across the three sites. Standardized_Chronologies (.xlsx): Detrended and standardized tree-ring chronologies used for climate correlation analysis. Climate_Data (.xlsx): Monthly temperature and precipitation records (scPDSI data) used for the study period. Resilience (.csv): Calculated resistance (Rt), recovery (Rc), resilience (Rs), and relative resilience (RRs) indices for individual trees following fire events.
