Description

This dataset focuses on the evaluation of encapsulation efficiency of three types of coating materials, including gum Arabic, maltodextrin, and waxy starch, on the phenolic content of orange peel extract. Analysis was done using a quadrupole time-of-flight (QTOF) mass spectrometer (MS) connected to a Waters Acquity ultra-performance liquid chromatograph (UPLC).
