Personal Reputation Management in SMEs of Puebla Mexico
Description
This dataset was used to examined the multidimensional personal reputation of selling managers in five SMEs of Tehuacan Puebla Mexico by the employment of Probability Theory. According to Carrillo-Duran et al., (2023) stress the importance of performing studies by Probability Theory. The personal reputation was assessed by 250 external clients and the inventory used was the scale developed by Zinko et al., (2016).

Steps to reproduce
1) Invitation to SMEs to participate in the study was performed. It was considered the total members of a businessman organizations, that covered the following criteria. To be an SME, to be leader in the market, to have a good name, and to express their interest in participating in the study. 2) To determine the number of clients that would have answered the questionnaire was employed the random sampling technique without knowing the population. This decision was taken by firms to protect their clients due to the insecurity levels existing in Mexico. This study is a Pioneer and required statistical validity was sought in the company of methodological flexibility. 3) The sampling formula is for this case n=Z2pq/d2 4) n= 1.962*(.5)(.5)/.062 n @ 250 5) The respondents filled the personal reputation scale developed by Zinko et al., (2016). The assessment include social reputation, integrity reputation and task reputation. 6) To calculate the different probabilities: conditional, joint and marginal 7) Ranges were established in the scores, distributed as follows: 04-13 (Low), 14-23 (Medium), 24-28 (High). The ranges were generated from the Likert scale of the instrument that goes from 1 to 7 and contains 4 items for each of the types of personal reputation. 8) Contingency tables or cross tables were designed 9) The different types of personal reputation were tabulated
