Two-way communication remains a major challenge in digital learning for the deaf. This study aims to develop a prototype of Neuralink-based smart glasses—a brain-computer interface (BCI) technology that enables users to receive information visually and respond using neural activity alone. Adopting a design thinking approach, the study follows six stages: understand, observe, ideate, prototype, test, and reflect. A total of 30 respondents participated in user testing to evaluate clarity, visual appeal, and functional relevance. Results show that 53.3% found the design easy to understand, 43.3% considered it visually attractive, and 46.7% stated that the features met their expectations. These findings indicate the strong potential of BCI technology to create more inclusive and participatory learning media. More than an assistive tool, the innovation aims to restore agency and active engagement for people with disabilities in learning environments. This research contributes to the development of user-centered, adaptive, and humanistic educational technology.
