Description

This dataset contains the quantitative survey data collected from 120 church ministers across 15 HKBP resorts in North Sumatra. The data measures ministry competencies, digital transformation readiness, and congregational attendance levels. It includes the raw responses used for the PLS-SEM analysis presented in the associated manuscript.

Steps to reproduce

The data was collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire. To reproduce the findings, the raw data should be coded numerically (1-5) and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software.
