This dataset contains survey responses from students, teachers, and parents (N = 118) across urban Indian secondary schools on digital access, technology infrastructure, and perceptions of AI in education. Responses were collected across six thematic sections covering infrastructure readiness, personal technology access, affordability, equity and inclusion, adoption, and perceived usefulness of digital and AI tools. A supplementary document containing the full survey instrument and item-level academic references is also included.
