Description

1. Dyindex add-ins (program and installation files; dyindex_prg.eml and dyindex_install_prg.eml) to be installed in EViews. 2. The dialog and command line with explanatory notes found in the PDF file Dyindex. 3. The output of the estimation/computation stored in microsoft excel file "price-rent spillover in euro" 4. The raw data containing the sample countries house price index and rents.

Steps to reproduce

Refer to the excel file (price-rent_spillovers_in_euro) and the manuscript to input the parameter values to obtain the results documented in the file "price-rent_spillovers_in_euro".
