These data show the antibody-based flow cytometric measurement of the autophagy marker LC3-II in PBMCs. LC3-II levels were measured in ME/CFS patients before and after a session of whole-body hyperthermia (1 h at 39 °C) and in a healthy control group without treatment. The data show a higher LC3-II level in ME/CFS patients compared to healthy donors and a decrease in autophagy due to treatment with wIRA.
