Description

Extracellular potential for monopolar, bipolar and tripolar stimulation, as employed for spiral ganglion neuron simulations in Croner et al. 2026 (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.bspc.2026.110718). Structure is: "neuron{0-399}" |- "coordinates" | |- coordinates (N × 3 array, ordered as [x, y, z]) |- "potentials" |- extracellular potential (N × 12 array, ordered as electrodes 0-11) N = number of points in space per neuron. Neuron numbering and electrode indexing starts at the base, always referring to active electrodes (eg, TP electrode 0 is the second electrode in the array, from the base). Values are in V, scaled to a virtual stimulus amplitude of 1 A.
