Appendix A. Measurement of constructs

Description

This file contains the measurement items of a questionnaire designed to examine teachers’ AI literacy, generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) use experience, and critical thinking in GenAI-related contexts. The questionnaire includes three constructs: Artificial Intelligence Literacy, Generative Artificial Intelligence Use Experience, and Critical Thinking in Generative Artificial Intelligence Use Contexts. The items are adapted to measure teachers’ knowledge, skills, experience, evaluation ability, and reflective judgment related to AI and GenAI use in educational settings.
