This dataset contains plasma proteomics measured with the Olink Target 96 Inflammation and Target 96 Metabolism panels to evaluate biomarkers of progression from latent tuberculosis infection to active tuberculosis (TB). Participants were close contacts of pulmonary TB patients in a university outbreak cohort and were followed for two years. Olink assays were performed on plasma from 17 progressors who developed active TB during follow-up, 28 IGRA-positive non-progressors, and 33 IGRA-negative healthy controls who remained disease-free during the two-year follow-up.
