CROP-04 NVR: original stack vs new pre-conditioned seismic attributes version
Description
A movie illustrating the location of the CROP-04 NVR profile, the faults pattern mapped at the surface (following Bello et al., 2021) and a comparison between the original, noisy data and the result of the applied workflow combining pre-conditioning techniques and seismic attributes extraction. This movie is obtained from a seismic project realized using OpendTect Pro (V6.6.8) using CROP data in the framework of the project MUSE-4D project, financed by MUR in the framework of PRIN-2017 (project #2017KT2MKE_003): National P.I. G. Lavecchia, U.R. Responsible M.R. Barchi. The movie is part of the supplementary material of the paper "Evidencing subtle faults in deep seismic reflection profiles: Data pre-conditioning and seismic attribute analysis of the legacy CROP-04 profile" by Ercoli et al. (2023), published in Frontiers in Earth Science Journal (ACCEPTED 27 February 2023, DOI 10.3389/feart.2023.1119554).
