This data set confirms, microarray data publicly available (doi: 10.17632/s7wtjxdsvd.1) using nanoString technology in total RNA isolated from RAW264.7 cells treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and/or 5,5-dimethyl-1-pyrroline N-oxide (DMPO).

Steps to reproduce
Total RNA was isolated and its integrity was assessed by capillary electrophoresis. Samples were obtained as described in (doi: 10.17632/s7wtjxdsvd.1). Deferentially expressed genes was measured by nanostring technlogy in an nCounter (NIEHS, Molecular Genomics Core Facility).
