Data on the internal exposure level of PAEs in urine samples of preschool children in China

Phthalate metabolites in 332 urine samples were analyzed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (Xevo TQ-S micro, LC-MS/MS, Waters, America). Ten phthalate metabolites were measured in this study, including monomethyl phthalate (MMP), monoethylphthalate (MEP), mono-n-butylphthalate (MnBP), monoisobutylphthalate (MiBP), mono-benzylphthalate (MBzP), mono-2-ethylhexylphthalate (MEHP), mono-2-ethyl-5-oxohexyphthalate (MEOHP), mono-2-ethyl-5-hydroxyhexylphthalate (MEHHP), mono-2-ethyl-5-carboxypentylphthalate (MECPP) and mono-2-carboxymethyl-hexyl phthalate (MCMHP). Six internal standards of phthalate metabolites were 13C-MnBP, 13C-MEHP, 13C-MECPP, 13C-MEHHP, 13C-MEOHP, and13C-MCMHP (Cambridge Isotope Laboratories, Inc., America).
