Description

This dataset characterizes biochemical and morphological response of 4 varieties of spring barley grown in four different light regimes and two nitrogen nutrition levels. The contents of phenolic acids, flavones, amino acids and pentoses were determined by HPLC-HRMS. Metabolomic data are further supported by C:N balance (C content, N content, C:N ratio) and morphological characteristics (leaf length, root and shoot biomass, root:shoot biomass ratio).
