The Judges Themselves Became the Object of Study
Description
On June 30, 2025, the article by Dr. M. D. Artykbaev titled «The Riemann Hypothesis and Its Proof: Abstraction or Bridge?» was published on SSRN (Elsevier – RELX), the world’s largest open platform for scientific research. Official English-language publication: AB ID 5327251 http://dx.doi.org/10.2139/ssrn.5327251 Full authorial translation into Russian: AB ID 5327271 http://dx.doi.org/10.2139/ssrn.5327271 Both versions were published in accordance with academic standards under the international author license: CC BY-NC. Purpose of publication: Testing an invariant mechanism — the MD component — designed to transmit verified information about the proof of the Riemann Hypothesis to decision-makers. On September 13, 2025, social media announced that the testing would conclude on October 13, 2025. For example, on FB: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1CmoSDcSQD/ (EN) https://www.facebook.com/share/p/19RzvoeZM7/ (RU) On October 12, 2025, social media published an announcement of the article «The Judges Themselves Became the Object of Study». Quantitative modeling (Pareto–Gauss–Laplace) demonstrates that the probability of «cognitive recognition» and official documentary confirmation is constrained by a 0.27% «tail» of resources («brains + authority»). The study shows that the likelihood of cognitive recognition and official documentary validation of the proposed proof of the Riemann Hypothesis is limited to a 0.27% «tail» of resources («brains + authority»). Rejection, removal, or restriction of access to this publication would provide another observable case, perfectly aligned with the predicted model. This paper presents a sociological study of how two scientific repositories (SSRN and Zenodo) and the wider academic community reacted to the 2025 online publication of a proof of the Riemann Hypothesis. Using a Pareto-Gauss-Laplace framework we show that the observed silence, account blocking and statistical freezing fit a predictable 0.27 %-tail scenario of «resource deficit» (lack of brains and/or authority). If the present article itself is declined or removed, the refusal will constitute an additional empirical data-point confirming the very mechanism described herein.
