Brazilian Cretaceous Sauropod Fossil Occurrence Dataset

Description

Dataset containing the fossil occurrence records of Cretaceous sauropods from Brazil compiled for the study Compilation and updating of fossil records of sauropods (Dinosauria: Sauropoda) in Brazil. The dataset includes taxonomic, geographic, stratigraphic, temporal, and institutional information compiled from primary scientific sources. Geographic coordinates were used to map the spatial distribution of sauropod occurrences in Brazil.
