A dataset covering ACS/Census data on the educational outcomes of generation 2.0 and 2.5 immigrants in the United States. Also included are data from the American Time Use Survey covering time spend on education by parents of generation 2.0 and 2.5 children. Stata do files to estimate educational outcomes via regression and propensity score matching are also included. These data are used to highlight an education penalty for generation 2.5 relative to generation 2.0 and explore explanations for this penalty.
