Description

This dataset supports the research article “Optimizing the mechanical performance of FDM-printed thin-walled structures: Geometric undersizing with flow compensation.” It contains the experimental and characterization data used to evaluate the geometric undersizing with flow compensation (GU-FC) strategy for reducing manufacturing-induced voids in FDM-printed thin-walled structures. The data include printing parameters, void fraction measurements, geometric deviation analysis, surface roughness measurements, and mechanical test results for TPMS Primitive lattices fabricated using GU-FC and conventional printing strategies. These data support the comparison of manufacturing quality and mechanical performance reported in the associated article.
