Description

This dataset accompanies the manuscript "A Compact Substrate-Entry–Associated Metabolic Signature Defines Vulnerable Dopaminergic Neuron States in Parkinson’s Disease" by Shan Huang, Yutao Guo and Shilihe Liu. It contains derived computational outputs from secondary analyses of public human brain and blood datasets: per-panel plot data, donor-level and group summaries, a master statistics table, source provenance records, an external cohort/platform registry, supplementary tables and the frozen Canonical v2.1 analysis archive. No new biological specimens or wet-laboratory measurements were generated for this study. The compact transcriptional mismatch is defined using a ten-gene glycolysis score and a three-gene substrate-entry-associated score comprising SLC16A1, MPC2 and CPT1A. The supplied records distinguish recomputed statistics from author-reported results and primary comparisons from sensitivity or contextual analyses. These transcriptional analyses do not directly measure substrate transport or metabolic flux. Public source accessions listed in the manuscript are GSE182622, SCP1768, GSE184950, PXD062998, GSE329625, GSE243639, GSE157783, GSE169755, GSE6613 and GSE99039. Original public datasets retain their original attribution and access conditions; this deposit does not assert ownership of those datasets. The frozen archive retains its original numbering of six main and nine supplementary figures. Figure_Numbering_Map.csv maps that numbering to the submission's five main and ten supplementary figures. Read README.md for the file structure and reproduction scope. This deposit-preparation step verified file integrity but did not rerun the computational analysis.
