Conversion script for synchronous fluorescence matrices and sample datasets
Description
Matlab script for converting synchronous fluorescence matrices in excitation-emission matrices (sfm2eem.m) and sample datasets for its use, containing samples measured at different excitation/offset step ratios. Each sample dataset contains the spectra of fluoranthene, anthracene, phenanthrene and pyrene mixtures in water, measured in an Agilent Cary Eclipse spectrofluorometer, as well as a blank (measured with only Milli-Q water) for blank subtraction. Measurement parameters and specific concentrations are all included in the readme.

Steps to reproduce
All syncronous fluorescence matrices were obtained in an Agilent Cary Eclipse spectrofluorometer using the settings mentioned in the readme. All samples were prepared in Milli-Q ultrapure water using mixtures of PAH standards in methanol.
