Description

Surface roughness parameters ($Ra$) and cross-sectional stylus tracing profiles were quantitatively evaluated using a calibrated contact profilometer (Mitutoyo Surftest SJ-210) across all substrate preparations to characterize interfacial microtopography. As shown in the roughness distribution chart, baseline as-received plates (OS) and mechanically sanded substrates (SP 80).
