Description

Raw confocal stacks used in the following Manuscript: TITLE: Age-associated growth control modifies leaf proximodistal symmetry and enabled leaf shape diversification JOURNAL: Current Biology Article Type: Report Authors: Xin-Min Li, Hannah Jenke, Sören Strauss, Yi Wang, Neha Bhatia, Daniel Kierzkowski, Rena Lymbouridou, Peter Huijser, Richard S. Smith, Adam Runions, Miltos Tsiantis* *Corresponding Authors: Miltos Tsiantis (tsiantis@mpipz.mpg.de) Leaf1 development (D2-D6, D, days after initiation) was monitored in the SPL9 proximal supplementation (pRCO::SPL9r:Venus) line using live imaging with a one-day time interval. tdTomato signals from the plasma membrane were captured by a Leica TCS SP8 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope, and images were channel-split and converted into .tif format stacks using FIJI.
