SummerBlack-HSI
Description
The SummerBlack-HSI dataset is stored as an Excel table and contains 2160 individual ‘Summer Black’ grape berry samples. Each row corresponds to one grape berry sample, including a Vis-NIR mean reflectance spectrum and four reference measurements related to grape quality. The data table contains 641 columns in total. The first 637 columns are spectral variables obtained after black-white calibration, ROI-based spectral averaging, and endpoint noise-band processing, representing the mean reflectance response of each grape sample at different wavelengths. The last four columns correspond to soluble solid content (SSC), pH, firmness, and color difference, respectively. SSC is expressed in °Brix, firmness is expressed in N, while pH and color difference are dimensionless variables. This dataset can be used for regression prediction of quality-related maturity indicators, spectral feature analysis, and comparison of different spectral modeling methods for ‘Summer Black’ grapes.
