Description

This dataset holds the raw and processed .csv files describing the results from a detection task for mice. Mice were trained to detect a sound that was generated when thewhiskeded against aluminum foil. The dataset contains the following CSV files for each animal: raw data of all events during the experiment, times of licking during the experiment, and processed data containing information on each trial. The dataset also contains an excel file containing the key to read the 3 digit code of the raw events. The task had one go cue (Aluminum) and two no-go cues (Attenuated and No object). There were also two controls to the experiment: trials with masking white noise and trials where the object did not reach the whisking range, so no sound was produced.
