Soil Microbial data were used to analyze and calculate the abundance of CO₂ fixation pathways, as well as to establish an autotrophic microbial dataset. This dataset was employed to analyze the community structure of autotrophic microorganisms. Autotrophic microbial data and soil physicochemical property data were utilized in Procrustes analysis, RDA, Mantel test, PLS-SEM, and co-analysis to elucidate the relationship between autotrophic microorganisms and soil physicochemical properties, as well as the mechanisms by which fertilization affects soil autotrophic microorganisms.
