Description

The raw data used in the work "Assessment of the Light-trapping Potential of Nanowrinkle Textures for Enhanced Photovoltaic Performance" (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.optmat.2025.117026) is provided in this dataset. Single junction amorphous silicon solar cells with absorber thickness 300 nm were fabricated on four quasiperiodic nanowrinkles. Specifically, the raw data of the experimentally measured J-V curves of the flat and nanowrinkle solar cells (T1-SC, T2-SC, T3-SC, and T4-SC) in Fig. 2 (a), and the optical absorption (experimentally measured from R&T measurements and numerically simulated using FEM) spectral data is provided, used in Fig. 3 (a) and (b), respectively, are given.
