N-acetylcysteine stimulates the proliferation and differentiation in heat-stressed skeletal muscle cells

Description

These data indicate thatNAC alleviates the oxidative stress induced by HS. Meanwhile, NAC has a positive effect on the proliferation and differentiation in skeletal muscle cells. Moreover, pretreatment with NAC mitigates the effects of HS on the proportion of muscle fibers in different types.
