This dataset contains the data underlying the study “Multidimensional quality and safety assessment of selected aromatic medicinal plants from a traditional herbal retail shop in Tehran: a preliminary case study ” The dataset summarizes the physicochemical, microbiological, chemical, radionuclide, and essential oil-related measurements reported for three aromatic medicinal plants, namely Zingiber officinale, Zataria multiflora, and Foeniculum vulgare, obtained from a traditional herbal retail shop in Tehran, Iran. The dataset is provided to support transparency and interpretation of the findings presented in the associated manuscript.
