This replication package accompanies the manuscript "Does Artificial Intelligence Shape Within-Firm Wage Inequality?" by Sun, Li, Yan, and Gu. It contains three items: a detailed README file (README.txt) with data sources, software dependencies, variable definitions, and step‑by‑step replication instructions for Tables 1–10; a fully commented Stata do‑file (do.do) that executes all analyses, including OLS, DID, event‑study, mechanism tests, heterogeneity, and robustness checks (patent‑based and IV estimations) using reghdfe, ivreghdfe, and outreg2; and a synthetic dataset (synthetic_data.dta) that mimics the structure, means, and correlations of the original proprietary data from CSMAR and Wind. All code requires Stata/MP 19.0 or later with the packages listed in the README.
